No period after miscarriage!

I had a miscarriage July 20th. I bled heavily for only 5 days and that was it. I passed a lot of tissue. But it’s been 7 or 8 weeks now and I still haven’t gotten my period. I have been taking pregnancy tests once a week since 4 weeks after my miscarriage and they’ve all been negative (FRER). I have done everything I can think to bring about my period. Heating pads, vitamin c, maca root, prenatals, everything!! Even cinnamon and sesame seeds!! And sex. That too. I’ve had the feeling like I’m going to start bleeding any second for almost three weeks now and I’m just at the end of my rope! No doctor will see me until it’s been 3 months since my last period... I’ve also had awful pms since 4 weeks after my miscarriage... any info would be appreciated. I’m going to buy some raspberry leaf tea tomorrow and try that.
