Sore an need recommendations.
I just recently had my lill girl Naomi on the 11th this month an just got released from the hospital earlier today. Obviously my breasts are gonna be sore from producing milk for the baby. Other then using a cold pack for my girls, what can I use to sooth the pain an slow down the flow?
