Any thoughts?

So this month is my second month on femera, we did a monitored cycle this month so I used provera to induce a period it was about 3 days long of actual bleeding took my femera on cd 5-9 on cd14 I went in for an ultrasound and I had 3 follies growing 2 on my right ovaries were 11mm and 13mm the one on my left was only 9mm my lining was a 6.2mm so I was scheduled to go back in on that Friday which was 4 days later my follie that was a 11mm took over and was a 18.9mm and the 13mm follie had stopped growing. I have pcos so I have a lot of immature follies. So the doc prescribed me pregnyl to take the next day.. this would be cd20 for me cd 21 I ovulated I asumed... I went in on cd24 for a progesterone test and they told me they couldn’t tell if I had ovulated I was sitting at a 5.9 but seeing as I didn’t go in on the 7th day after ovulation I didn’t get an accurate reading. Was told to call if I got a positive test... fast forward I’ve had a lot of cramping sore nips weird thoughts of foods I want like crap and lobster I don’t like see food so idky.. been having a lot of wet and milky discharge hasn’t gone away.. I have bad insomnia but I still get a full 8 hours of sleep I’m starting to get tired now around 8pm I don’t usually cuz I work till 11pm and I’ve got this cold... I’ve tested out my trigger and been getting super super faint lines on cheapo tests... im now 10dpo and 12dpt... im due for af on Sunday... anyone else have anything like this happen to them?? Or just any thoughts in general?
