Stomach pain

I just quit taking my birth control pills as of sept 1 and for the past few days I’ve been having some bad upper abdominal pain. In my stomach. Epigastric.

Idk what it is but it sucks so much and all it’s doing is worrying me.

I’m really tired but not always nauseous. I haven’t noticed any fever or blood or anything severe enough to go to a hospital for.

Anyone have any experience with this?
