The first cold has arrived 🤧😷🤒
I have woke up with my throat burning and my nose as blocked as ever, I feel so crappy it’s horrible, all I’m having is tea and honey as I’m Aware I can’t really take any medication for a cold, anyone have any other tips that might help relieve my symptoms? 😭
