soo im stressing out..HELPPP

ive met a great guy online we been talking for a while now ..he lives in another country but we both are into each other and want the same thing ive never felt like this with anyone he is comin to see me in dec jan.. the only issue is ive sent him pics but with filter in reality my face is fucked up by acne pores i had severe acne when i was in my teens im 27 now... i dont have acne now its just the scaring.. i also have PCOS im scared he will run off from mee what should i doo should i jus tell him the truth :( or wait till he sees me in person ugh either way im fuxkd hes gona leave me cus im ugly 😪😪
