Need Answer ASAP

Does anyone know if I need to fast for a blood pregnancy test where they just check my hCG level? I have Kaiser Permanente insurance, so am just going to walk in in a few hours and request one, but do not know if I need to fast and cannot find the answer online... Please advise ASAP! P.S. I am TTC #1 and am 3 days late with some signs of pregnancy. I am super regular and am never late, but have taken 3 urine pregnancy tests and all were negative!
