i have bad anxiety lol it could be that. but for like 2 seconds i FEEL it
beating fast like a just ran for 5 min straight 😂😂

This happens to me... a lot less nowadays, but after I had my daughter it just happened all the time. I had my thyroid checked, I had my heart checked, no issues. So, it’s been chalked up to anxiety. So I just do a lot of stress relief like meditation and belly breathing. When I get the heart palps I try to control them with deep breathing. It’s crazy because I’ll be sitting here totally fine, not feeling stressed at all, and then one little thing will trigger them. I hate it. I will tell you though that they got much better after I kicked my abusive ex fiancé out of my house. It only happens occasionally now, and I noticed that when it happens, I usually had too much coffee.

Caffeine does that to me, and anxiety occasionally. But caffeine also makes my anxiety worse, so I avoid it. 🤷‍♀️
