Dreamed of miscarriage

So I’ve had 2 miscarriages and a still born but with 1 miscarriage i took the pill and a little bby came out still in the sack. Anyway fast forward to last night 🤦🏾‍♀️i had a dream my bby came out in the toilet still in the sac there was no blood or anything and it was a girl it was actually like the size of a porcelain doll.! Ughhh I’m kinda going thru it now because i was already nervous and i just got the thght out of my mind and then this dream. Why am i having these dreams
