Help! Not sure what this could be?

I keep my niece three days a week and I have noticed these patches on her... it’s only here at the bottom of her hairline as far as I can tell. Any ideas? Dry skin or something else? If it’s not serious I won’t bother taking her to a doctor for it

Are they scaly and dry circles? If so, it could be fungal. You can use an anti-dandruff shampoo like Selsun blue to take care of that. If they are not scaly and don’t seem to be growing at all or spreading, then I would tend to think they are sort of like a strawberry birthmark or stork bite that just never went away. I would take her to the doctor though if it begins to grow or spread just to confirm that it is fungal and see if they recommend the treatment I suggested.

Is it me or it looks like more of a bruise!!!!!!

It looks like regular dry skin to me, she looks like she has thin hair so her scalp might be drying out.
