Okay needing some advice sorry its so long, so we have being living in our house for a year and half and since we moved in we have had some trouble with our next door neighbour. I have known our neighbour for several years and i used to work for her on her catering van, i left when i was 7 months pregnant with my first and ever since she has seemed to have a problem with me. When we moved in she kept her distance and never wanted to talk to me (she has always been fine with my husband)! About 5 monthes down the line we had an argument about about door slamming, we both said our parts and said sorry and i thort everything had been sorted, untill she started playing loud music late at night when my baby was trying to sleep and purpsly slamming her doors. I let it ride .. a month later we again had an argument about where inwas parking my car, she seems to think its her rightful car park space( i asked her why it was not akright for me to park there and everyone else can and she said because its to much to walk from the car park to her house! Its not even a 2 minute walk', it got very heated leading to a small fight and nothing else got said about the matter untill today! I have been at home all week with just me and my toddler (&31 weeks pregnant) as my husband is working away, my neighbours partner nocked on my door asking for my husband i said hea at work and asked him if i could help him with anything(this was the first time speaking to this man) he started shouting about where my car was parked yet again, i said this hadnt been spoken about for ages and why it was getting brought back up, he was shouting in my face and waving his arms very angrily i kept my calm and tried explaining i didnt want this and didnt need it, i then said that it was for noone to decide where i can park my car and that i have spken to council and they said the same thing! As we was arguing she drove down the road into the carpark where she waited untill he finshed shouting at me, she then walked around from her car, i asked her why she didnt come to me and why she thort it was okay to let her boyfriend treat me like that, she ignored me and walked into her house meanwhile. Hes still shouting at me and getting in my face thhe last thing he said was ' im telling you one more time to move your piece of scrap get your husband to come round to me or therell be problems' i was angry and frightend, this man is not the sort of person you want to get on the wrong side off! I have rung council and they said to ringg 101 if i have any further worrys, i feel very unsettled in my house now and im so angry because i shouldnt be made to feel like this😡 i know this isnt going to be sorted and its going to get wrose when my husband comes home. What should i do??

This is where my car was parked the left path is mine and right is hers, ill say it again that the council have said that it is noones car park space so anyone can park there if they please, i am good enough to park on the road when ever they park there they park on the path and very close to my pathway!! i spoke to the police once it had happen and they said to resolve it without police help!
