i need help ASAP

i have mirena for like 3 months.

last night i had sex and now i’m in so much pain . it was worse last night ! brought me to my pain how bad i cramped up. i checked for my iud and i was able feel it still there. i’m scared this is painful. i’m supposed to on my period but i’m not, maybe cuz my last period lasted almost 3 weeks!
