How were you notified that you had an STI?

Hey there. I went to my obgyn appointment and opted in to be tested for gonorrhea and clamydia. Have any of you been diagnosed with either of these and how were you notified that you tested positive? I received a card in the mail stating that I needed to call the office to discuss my results with a nurse. What do you think?

UPDATE:

Called the gyno and they said my results came up negative! Why the heck do they need to send me a card in the mail to stress me out! 😂
