Bleeding and cramps normal?

Hi, I'm 8 weeks 3 days I've had a healthy 6 week early scan everything's been going ok so far. We've been trying for 2 years one miscarriage in the past a blocked fallopian tube and I don't always ovulate so my rainbow baby was through the first course of clomid. Yesterday I started having painful cramps stronger than usual then I bled through my pants. Then nothing for the rest of the night all seemed fine. This morning I wiped a small bit of blood. Then abit more this afternoon but no cramps today and no clots at all. Has anyone else ever had bad cramps and bled but continued to have a healthy baby? Please say this happens! I feel like it's gona be ok but I'm sooo nervous and scared. I've rung the early pregnancy unit they can't see me until Thursday for a scan I have a week of worrying until then :/ Xxxxxx ❤️❤️
