How often do you and SO go out on weekends?

SO works 1 full time job (sedentary) and one part time job(strenuous). I have a full time job (sedentary) and there’s 2 kids in the house (7 and 5 months). The weekend is basically our time to catch up on sleep and chill but of course being in the house every weekend is kinda boring. How often do you all go out? If you don’t go out how do you have fun in the house?

We go out every weekend; whether it’s something free and easy like the park with the kids or a water park, zoo, cider mill or something now that it’s autumn. Or we have a date night and we’ll go out for dinner and a movie or something we can’t easily do with babies.
As for stuff in the house it’s fun to do scavenger hunts with kids. I do that sometimes in the winter or when it’s too crap to go outside.

Only a handful of times a year without our daughter. My husband has a job that requires a lot of hours and we always have something to do around the house or family plans when he is not working. We usually go out just the two of us on our anniversary, Valentine's day (our first date), and the occasional date, such as this past April we went indoor skydiving.

Without our kid? Once a month, twice if we’re lucky. But we do something fun out with him every weekend.

We go out like once or twice a month. And it’s usually with our baby if it isn’t her weekly sleepover day at my moms. We both work one FT job each. But aren’t exactly swimming in extra money so that has a lot to do with it. And our schedules don’t always match up. Sometimes our going out together is the grocery trip every other week.
