7 weeks Really bad stomach upset

Hey ladies! I'm 7 weeks and have been experiencing really bad cramps, left lower abdominal pain that comes and goes and indigestion. I feel like I didn't have anything to eat in days and full at the same time, and the bloating is terrible as well. I don't know how to explain! It is so uncomfortable 😖 Is this expected? This is my first pregnancy so I have no idea what I am suppose to feel. I get so scared reading about ectopic pregnancy and things like that... I'm freaking out! So terrified something could happen to my little one!!!!!!
