Sorry for the picture but this is my first pregnancy and I feel like worry about everything. I'm 30 weeks as of tomorrow and I've had this kinda discharge in smaller amounts over the last couple of days. Could this be mucus plug or just normal discharge?

Just FYI you can lose your mucus plug in pieces throughout your pregnancy. I did with my 3rd I was confused in the beginning until they explained that it happens through the pregnancy with some pregnancies and some women. By the time I was ready to go I didn’t have one anymore and all I had was the old blood show by then. I was worried because my first kid I had the plug come out but he wasn’t ready to come yet at that time. If you are losing it, it’s fine as long as there’s no issues.

doesn't look like plug to me,  although it can come out early and regenerate so nothing to worry about if it is.  I got a LOT of increased mucus in my 3rd trimester though.  my midwife said it is very common

Doesn’t look like Mucus plug, just normal discharge. You can lose your plug throughout your pregnancy though. Only worry when you get the bloody show.
