37 weeks
I’m 37 weeks and went into the hospital twice yesterday with really bad back contractions but my cervix doesn’t want to dilate. If the contractions come back any tips to get my cervix to dilate? I tried walking the halls but I would get so sick I couldn’t walk long. They won’t help me along since I’m only 37 weeks.
