Hi Ladies,

I am 23 and currently working for a job that doesn’t put their employees first! They use your skills and give you additional job duties but deny your time off for insane reasons write you up so your not entitled to an raise. They’ve pushed back my yearly raise 3 months now and I’m currently looking for other jobs well I landed a job interview about 2 days ago and have been studying for this interview since Saturday morning. The interview is Monday @ 10 am. The biggest question I’m getting stuck in is

“What are your 3 weaknesses”

I’ve wrote down perfectionist

But can’t think of two others that are positive yet honest weaknesses to not be seen fixable.
