There is no rule saying a baby shower has to be before your baby is born. I'm not having mine until after my baby is here so yes have your baby shower still...just because you had a premie doesn't mean you have to miss out. Your baby still deserves to be spoiled 🙂

I have aunts that are upset with me for having a baby shower prior to when baby is here. So you can defiantly have an after birth baby shower apparently 🙂
