Leg cramping?

I’ve been noticing for this last week or so besides my MAJOR hip pain on my one side to where I can barely lay on it (idk why) that I’ve been getting cramps in my legs sometimes when I try to walk or when I’m in bed? An sometimes (usually every day) that my hands will swell an turn bright red? I know them swelling is normal but why the bright red? Any ideas why? I go to the doctor tomorrow. I’ll be 37 weeks! Oh An sometimes it feels like my heart is going to fast.. I’m probs overthinking it but just thought I’d ask
