Vitex

Has anyone had luck “jump starting” their period with Vitex? Or anything else? I started using these products that I will picture below to bring my period back. I had one Depo injection that ran out on 8/30, had no period on it for 3 months. Before Depo, I had the IUD for 2 years after a miscarriage and it started for irregular period than spotting every so often. It took me 6 months for it come back when I convinced my daughter 6 years ago.. I was on it then for 3 and half years. I’ve also tried the vitamin c method. Any suggestions? What helped you?
