I’m 8 weeks pregnant and i am sick i haven’t taken my temperature but my mother has said i have felt like Iv been running a fever off and on and iv had some belly pain ..... my muscles hurt and are just weak i keep having acid reflux and can’t eat anything but the weirdest thing is my head hurts but around my eyes are yellowish very light but noticeable it’s only on my eye lid and under eye 😭 anyone know what could be going on and if i need to go to the hospital
