Strawberries and needle contamination
I know a few days ago, Ashlea posted about the needle contamination sweeping the country. Most states have now been affected, with farmers not being able to sell strawberries.
Included is a screenshot of a video of one particular farming family dumping their strawberries. In the FB post they said “we have to throw them out because markets won’t take them due to the needle scare”.
My question is, should markets and shops still be buying strawberries despite the current situation?
I don’t know if this farm has been affected.
