Possible GD?

Okay ladies I have not been diagnosed with GD yet ( they lost my results) I am due November 21st however i went to an ultrasound last Thursday and sweet girl was measuring 20 days ahead of my due date at Novemebr 1st weighing 4lbs 10oz. The ultrasound tech seemed very concerned and sent my scans to my dr asap. So out of curiosity I started checking my sugar. I woke up this morning and checked it and it was 110, I'm not very familiar with blood sugar levels period but not pregnant it is usually in the 70s and 80s. I see my doc Friday but I guess just wanted opinions and advice
