How long until baby switched to a crib?

My bf is thinking about buying a crib but I told him she won’t need it for awhile she’ll be sleeping in the bassinet. We live in an apt and I kind of don’t want to get one until she’s a little older or we get a house in a few months. When did your baby switch to a crib??

We moved our son into his crib after 2 months.

Nebet lol. We used a pack and play because we’re military and moved like 3 times. By the time we got settleyed and bought a crib he was 8 months old and figured out how to climb out in less then 2 weeks so now we co sleep. He is one:)

13 months. He would nurse through the night until then. So there was no point to put him in his crib in his own room until then. With our second we plan to do the same thing.

I can’t remember ... I’d say between 8-10 weeks? But even now he sleeps in a mini crib that stays in our room (8 months old). I purposefully got a mini crib because we were in a small apartment and there wasn’t very much room for a full size crib. He still gets in it and will probably still fit in it until he’s at least 18 months old based on his growth.

Will we ended up co sleeping tell my little one was 8 or 9 months.  But he stoped wanting to sleep in his pack n play at about 4 months I think.  Every time we put him in it he started moving and it wake him up.
