Is it best to have sex multiple times every day, or once a day every other day?

One a day at most. Most doctors recommends every other day as it takes that long for sperm to replenish. Having sex multiple times a day just causes sperm count and motility to go down. Not to mention, sperm can live inside for 5 days. So every other day is plenty.
