6 weeks pp discharge

At 5 week post partum me and my partner tried to have sex but stopped as it hurt to much. I panicked and got the morning after pill the next day even though he didnt ejaculate. I started the contraceptive pill a day after that too. But now when I wipe I've got a pinky brown discharge but nothing on a pad. What could this be?!
