Last couple days at nite time I’ve been having terrible stomach cramps and than diarrhea. My butthole burns and hurts so badly while pooping,

It’s not hemroids I don’t think Bc I took a look and after I’m done pooping it doesn’t hurt anymore.

Also not from excessive wiping Bc I’ve been using the peri bottle to clean down there so I only have to wipe my butt once.

Anyone else have this happen to them? I am almost 3 weeks post partum and never had problems pooping before
