Can your PMS symptoms start but still ovulate??

My PMS symptoms usually start on CD 21 ( sore boobs) I’ve been tracking OPKS since 2 days after my period and I’ve not came close to ovulating yet.

My ovulation date was originally tomorrow but because I got a negative opk it moved on glow to 2 days time.

But now it’s Tuesday and if I’m like normal my PMS symptoms are due to start on Sunday!

This is my first month tracking and I have PCOS so I have no idea if I’ve even been ovulating but is it possible to ovulate so close to PMS symptoms or after having the symptoms?
