Lots of cramping & headaches

Currently 38w&5d.. my dr stripped my membranes on the 13th so almost a week ago and so far the only thing that has happened was a little bloody show after the procedure. I’ve been 2 cm for almost 2 weeks now & 0% effaced 😑 The past 2/3 nights I’ve been having serious cramping. It feels like an extremely heavy period and my lower back aches like crazy. I’ve taken some Tylenol to help me sleep at night with no success. My feet and ankles no longer exist.. they’re just so swollen and now I’m starting to get headaches. Never had an issue with my BP so I’m not too worried about pre-eclampsia but one never knows. Should I just wait for my apt on the 20th or try to get in today or tomorrow??
