So I’ve been off birth control since july to get my hormones tested due to my pcos so I don’t really know what periods and cycles are like without birth control. Ive been on it for 10 years now so I don’t remember what it’s like with a natural cycle.

I’ve had periods both months (thankfully) and glow says I’m due in 3 days.

A couple days ago I had period like cramps but solely on my left side. They’re back again now and seriously so fucking painful. I’ve never had a pain like this.

Is this shit normal? lol Idk if it’s my cystic ovaries or if this is normal to have one sided pain or something.

I’m not ovulating nor having any other period symptoms.
