So my first pregnancy I had a miscarriage! My second pregnancy I had my beautiful daughter but I was like dealthly sick the whole time! Constantly throwing up and sick and can’t keep any food down well...

I am almost 8 weeks with baby number 2 and I have like barley any nausea and instead of no appetite I want to eat a lot and idk I’m just worried! My appt is next week and my question is! Is this normal to have totally different pregnancy’s? Like I have symptoms but not strong ones besides exhaustion and a little bit of sore boobs?
