I know my ex wants me back because that's what he told his friend but he hasn't reached out and I think it's because my mom told him not to do it . I know that if he really wanted me he would atleast try to and see what my response is even though my mom told him not to. I keep wishing for him to come back or to get a message from him but I gotta stop. That could or never happen and I'm stressing myself out. What can I do to take that out of my head ?
