Is this good for a memorial?
I ordered it because my mom wants formal casual. I don’t have big boobs (size a) so cleavage won’t be an issue. I wanted to be respectful. Nothing skin tight (military honoring will be there) and nothing to crazy like a ball. I will be wearing short chunky heeled black shoes
