Mucus plug question TMI

If I’m losing my mucus plug (started losing it last night) but I was told yesterday I’m only 1.5cm dilated (got a membrane sweep), can your water break when you aren’t very dilated??

Also, does it look like the second pic has somewhat of a bloody tinge to it? First pic is from this morning, second is from just now:

IF there is a bloody tinge to it, am I close to my water breaking?? We’re scheduled for induction on Monday (I’ll be 41w) if I don’t go into labor before then.
