PCOS Symptom..

anyone been diagnosed after a clear ultrasound and bloodwork? I’ve read it’s possible and I have a lot of symptoms but both bloodwork and ultrasound showed nothing. OB said I had some endometrial lining thickening but didn’t clarify or make a plan to do anything about it. Just kind of curious as to what’s going on with me until I see a new doctor who will hopefully help clarify things and wondering if anyone here has had similar issues.
