I can’t be pregnant- can I!?

So I started the patch on the Sunday of my period (still had it). We waited 7 days and then had sex multiple times throughout the month unprotected. The insert said 7 days but my dr said 30 days...anyway I figured the insert was fine. I took off my patch Sunday and no sign of my period. It’s my first month on birth control ever. Is this common? Common to miss a period? Thanks

Yes sometimes it takes a few days for your period to come mine took 4 days

Any time you have unprotected sex regardless of if you're on a birth control or an IUD you can get pregnant

It usually take about 4 days for my period to come. I take my patch off on Sunday & don’t usually see anything until Thursday & then put my patch back on when scheduled on sunday

Yes, it's common to have a late or no period at all. Mine was a mess the first few months after I started.
