What can I do

I am currently trying / escaping to get out of this marriage my husband is verbally abusive to the extreme I have an appointment on Thursday with a lawyer to see what I can do I have 2 kids and 1 on the way anyone gone through this I don’t work and he has All the income I do want full custody he’s a good dad but I also worry cause he smokes mariguana and also will tell my daughter comments like your mom is annoying a cheater or will tell her where not a happy family how can I go on about this at the lawyer office or in court I have text we’re he tells me the worst or insults me keep in mind as well I’ve been having a high risk pregnancy and have been getting monitored twice a week and I have apparently heart problems and I’m waiting for a machine and he has not cared once
