Mc now 6 weeks and bleeding

I had a mc in may at 12 weeks. I'm now 6 weeks pregnant again. I haven't had many symptoms then last night I had some bright red blood. Not a lot just when i wiped (sorry tmi!) and then today I've just had watery brown discharge so I'm guessing the rest of the old blood. I'm terrified. Going for a scan tomorrow to see what's going on but I know it's too soon to see much :-/ I hope I'm not mcarrying again as I just can't cope.
