HELP HELP HELP!

So right now I’m at the ER and I got an ultrasound and the doctor came in and said no baby was found and my beta was only 300!! My last period was July 26 2018 which means I should be 7 weeks & 5 days! AND I got 4 dark positive pregnancy tests ! What’s going on?! 😥😥😥
