Bleeding in early pregnancy

So I’m wondering if anyone here has had a similar situation and what happened.

I’m 7 weeks today, but this morning when I went to the restroom, I found dark red blood when I wiped. Obviously, I assumed I was having another miscarriage (I’ve had two previously). However, it’s only been a few hours, but I’ve stopped bleeding and only have a bit of brown spotting now. My breasts are still sore, my uterus still has that full feeling, and I’m still in the bathroom peeing more than I’m not.

I’ve had a full term pregnancy, but with another man, and 13 years ago when I was 18 years old.

I’m having blood drawn today and Thursday so they can run some tests. So hopefully I’ll have answers soon.
