Slow rising HCG

Has anyone had slow rising hcg in the first beginning but still came out with an healthy pregnancy?

Because I’m 4 weeks and within 4 days my hcg level only went up 40% so they trying to say it’s an ectopic or I might miscarry and I’m scared 😩 I go back in 2 days to see if it doubles!
