Help! Bright red painful nipples

So my daughter and I started treatment for thrush about 2 weeks ago... i had nipple relief within a day from the APNO but I could still feel the pain in my milk ducts. My doctor then prescribed diflucan... I’ve been taking the diflucan and still using the APNO but now my nipples are bright red and hurt just as bad as in the beginning.... could this be something other than thrush? Baby is on second week of nystatin... I’ve been sanitizing EVERYTHING. Baby’s only 5 weeks so I haven’t started pumping yet and can’t give her a bottle of breast milk... I just need this pain gone
