Has anyone tried essential oil for toddler to stay asleep? We’ve tried everything else and trying essential oils tonight

I would love to hear your tricks to get your toddler to sleep through the night. We have 2 sound machines and 2 fans going right now for extra noise but he still wakes up.

I’d be VERY careful, a lot of oils aren’t safe to use on children (even just diffusing!!). I had a YL consultant recommend one to me when I was suffering from migraines during pregnancy that contained several oils that could cause early labor/miscarriage. Luckily I did my own research and didn’t just simply take her advice! Best of luck!!

We actually use a lavender oil that's for babies. It's called sleep by oillogic. We usually pair it with a bath with lavender soap, a massage with lavender lotion and a warm bottle with story time.

Don’t know if it works but we do lavender every night. During the day I use peppermint and lavender. Or bergamot and orange.
