Anyone else feel the need to be in an enclosed space such a as a closet or small bathroom when feeling down ?
I love my closet it’s a walk in but not entirely huge. Makes me feel secure. I also loveeeeeee my bathroom, with the shower running in steaming hot. It calms me ALOT, helps me sleep at night too. The feeling or security it brings me gives me comfort.
Hope i don’t sound weird.
