Unprotected Sex

so me and my bf has unprotected sex on the 14th and my chance of pregnancy was 3% according to an app. he says he didn’t cum in me in fact he didn’t cum at all. my ovulation date was supposedly the 9th and the fertile window ended around the 11th or 12th. is there any chance i could be pregnant? i’m just scared and my period is supposed to start soon in about 4 days. i haven’t had any “implantation bleeding” but i am still scared. can someone give me their opinion on the matter
