Plan B & ovulation

HELP! My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on 9/14 and then again on 9/15 morning. He used the pulling out method and I took Plan B within 24 hours but after taking it I noticed I was in my second to last day of my fertile window. I’m having some nausea while eating and a little of breast sore tenderness but I know those are common symptoms of Plan B and it’s to early to have pregnancy symptoms. But I’m scared because I didn’t know I was ovulating (very irresponsible)!! Could I be pregnant?
