I’m trying not to judge my friend but I just want her to be safe...

Ok so, my friend is 16 and she’s dating a 22 year old. Yes, they are sexually active, and yes, 16 is below the age of consent in my state. She got kicked out of her house a few months ago because her parents are Muslim and very strict, her mother caught them in bed together and tried to press charges on him after finding out he was 22 but I’m guessing it didn’t happen because they are still together. She was staying with him in his apartment until he recently moved to California for military training... however now she’s cheating on him with... wait for it... a 25 year old! I tried to tell her to just be careful but I don’t want these men to hurt her or take advantage of her anyone than what they already do. What do I do? I’m also 16. Oh, and her boyfriend’s family is oddly ok with their son dating a underaged 16 year old girl because she says that she visits them often even though he moved and she’s super close with his mother.
