Could these be signs of pregnancy..

So, I have fever for the last 5-6 days, and it usually doesn’t last that long. My fever usually stays for 3 days. the temperature is around 103 degrees. There’s a banging headache and major pain in my gum, I haven’t slept in these days due to the headache and gum ache and Im going crazy.. I have cold as well. Nose blocks. Really, really bad cough. I can’t eat properly, just the liquids. The coughing is making everything inside my system hurt.. and its so painful. But oh well, I also started my periods 10 days early today. And the bleeding is heavy. Not usual for me. And this friend of mine has been trying to convince me that I might be pregnant and these are early pregnancy symptoms. I don’t understand how that might be possible.. and i thought i didnt need to see the doctor because its just fever but now my friend is really trying to make me see a pregnancy doctor.. help.
